Your PC will be protected from all the various threats that are out there by using the Internet Security tool from BullGuard, a leader in user-friendly and mobile security solutions for consumers. Its multi-layered defense system will ensure that your PC remains safe even though the number of threats that target PCs is continually growing. Furthermore, it will make sure that your PC runs at optimum efficiency by tuning it up, it backs up your important data online, and, if you have kids, ensures they don’t access something that is inappropriate for their age.

A simple setup wizard will help you install BullGuard Internet Security on your system in one of the several languages supported by the application. To run the security solution, your computer must meet the following system requirements: 1GB of RAM memory, 600MB of free disk space, Windows XP SP2 or a newer Windows edition, an internet connection. These are system requirements that any modern PC can easily meet.

Please note that BullGuard Internet Security works on a subscription-based system; you will have to create an account and log in in order to run the application on your PC. Creating an account comes with the following benefits: you can back up your data online, you can get personalized help, you can install the application on additional PCs, you can upgrade or renew your subscription.

There’s nothing complicated about the application’s interface. On the Home pane you have a large icon that displays info on your computer’s status, a large icon that lets you launch a scan and tune up your PC, and a third icon for backing up your data. In the upper right hand corner there are buttons for accessing the BullGuard Internet Security Dashboard, Settings, and Support menu.

While BullGuard Internet Security is running, you will see an icon in the system tray. Left click it to bring up the abovementioned interface, right click it to bring up a context menu with several options, like checking for updates and performing a virus scan.

First and foremost, BullGuard Internet Security is meant to protect your machine. The application uses a multi-layered defense system to ensure that your PC and the data you have on it remain safe and secure. The application will scan and remove malware, will protect against malware in real-time, will keep hackers and spam at bay, will check to make sure you don’t visit dangerous sites, and will identify vulnerabilities that hackers and viruses could exploit to gain access to your system.

On top of that, via the PC Tune UP feature, BullGuard Internet Security will ensure your computer runs smoothly and that you will get the most performance out of it. This feature frees up memory and removes unnecessary files so your computer can run at top speed.

Computer users who have children are sure to like BullGuard Internet Security’s Parental Controls. You can let your children use the PC safe in the knowledge that BullGuard Internet Security will block access to suspicious sites, monitor their activity, and limit their time on the web.

Overall, BullGuard Internet Security is a great and feature rich tool to keep your PC safe and protected.
